Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date of service delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

• The service was purchased in the last 30 days
• You have a valid reason for the refund request, such as non-delivery of the service or significant issues that were not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• You provide proof of purchase
• Third Party Services such as Custom Api`s, Hosting, Domain, Printing Services are non-refundable.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
